Yes, the Fractal Design Define R4 can support 2x 240mm Rad's & 1x 120mm rad.

ok great thanks and can anyone recommend a good water cooling block or liquid or whatever i need because im not very good with picking parts

I would recommend the H100(i) or the NZXT Kraken. They have the best reviews for liquid cooling.
