What is Going To Happen?

1.09

Banning or some type of action will be put into place for the people that did the DNS servers, or anyone with mass ammounts of money.
If someone has givin you a MASS ammount of money, and you dont want to get that money and all the money you had before taken away you can submit a request to Rockstar* and they will take all of the modded money away, but leave the money you had before.
You may be able to get away from this if you didn't get billions and a super high level.
I personally don't think that Rockstar* is going to get any console bans, or account bans but that is what I think. Rockstar* may actually get some people banned, but I also think that would be out of hand.

You don't know for sure whats going to happen, none of us do. We can speculate that there will be profile bans and console bans because DNS/Ethernet modding violates the TOS for both Rockstar and Microsoft. It is considered tampering with the Xbox 360 console, so console bans are not outrageous. Rockstar can only ban you from their game, that's it. Microsoft can ban your console and profile. So either way people who modded(DNS etc.) will be getting one or all three of these punishments.

Yeah man, I hear people saying many diffrent things about this.
And personally I don't think that rockstar is going to get THOUSANDS of people console banned because look at it this way, rockstar will be losing tons of money, and expecially microsoft because the people playing live has to pay.
I don't think microsoft or rockstar is going to risk losing any money.
Thanks for the reply

Here's the thing, they won't lose any money. The modders have already paid for Xbox Live, they've already payed for the console and they've already paid for GTAV. The modders are the only people going to lose money if they are profile banned and console banned.

I don't think they're going to waste their time banning thousands of people for a glitch that could have already been fixed.

Out it tis way every game that you go into when the DNS mods were out there would be at least 5 people, with Godmode and a lot of 1 billion bounties. There gonna have to ban a lot of people!
