So basically i got given a lot of money on this game and i want to help people who dont have much on here so i decided i will fully upgrade any car that is under 50,000 and not insured or tracked so you can either sell it or keep it (i am a level 181 so it will be everything maxed out!). It has to be within these requirements or i cant upgrade it. There is no limit of how many i will upgrade just form some sort of que outside of the los santos customs that i will be at.
