mw3 tool wont connect I keep getting this error

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {A5EB45D8-F3B6-49B9-984A-0D313AB60342} failed due to the following error: 8007007e.

I tried that chaos troubleshooting tool and it says nothing is connected but I know it is

Plugins
Xblstealth
xbdm
Xrpc
Jrpc

Neighboorhood is connected bc I can start mw3 from it.

Sounds like a .NET Framework error. Install .NET Framework v4.5.1 and try again.

I think the XRPC.dll is missing in your folder, because it was stoped by "XRPCLib.XRPC.initialize()" and "XRPCLib.XRPC.Connect()"

got the dot dll and framework 4.5 but ill try reinstalling it
