mhh, idk may Chaos_RGH method will work. just try, the error said "System.IO.FileNotFoundException". Something is missing in your IO folder.

This is odd. There really shouldn't be any reason why you're having issues.
It's having an error trying to connect to your xbox, so make sure that all of your plugins are saved correctly in the launch.ini, then reboot.

Just checked them there all fine. I think it might of been my framework bc a file was corrupt so im reinstalling it to see if that fixes it
