i am having some trouble..:

I am having 2 different issues with content/add ons for games on ps4. I had encountered the trophy syncing glitch and after many different ways of trying to get around the glitch i had to reformat my ps4. A full reformat. After doing this i then reset up my ps4 with all my psn info and started the task of downloading and installing content and updates and add ons. This is were i first encountered a problem. I tryed to redownload the bonus gameplay from AC black flag avelines content. I had already previously entered my code that came with game and downloaded it so it shows up in the ps store under my library as purchased. But when i try to redownload it i get this response, "The content cannot be selected at this time." So at this point i cannot redownload or access any of the bonus gameplay exclusive to playstation consoles. I have been trying for 3 days and get the same messege every time. I tryed restoring licenses and everything it won't let me download it. However as stated above it shows up as purchased and in my library in psn store.

The second issue is similar but different. In warframe i had gotten the starter pack when i got my ps4 and set it up. I had never even played warframe yet just downloaded the game and the starter pack. I played a few games but didn't buy anything or have any items and didn't use nothing that came from starter pack. Now i cannot redownload the starter pack it says i have already purchased it. Don't even give me a choice. Now i did have my saves backed up and have not played warframe since reformatting so i am not aware if the items i got with starter pack are in my save file or saved on games servers. Not sure how warframe works cause i only played a couple times. Too busy with black flag and resogun.

Im not all that interested in the warframe stuff but it would be nice to have it so when i do play. As for the black flag avelines content i was finishing the main game before trying this so i never even got to try this content and am very interested in it since it is advertised as a playstation bonus exclusive content.

As i said above i tryed restoring licenses and tryed redownloading for days so i have no idea what to do next except contact sony support.
