I just recently started modding with my jtag, or whatever you want to call it and i've been having a couple problems that maybe someone could help me with.

First off, i got home today ready to buy some stealth and host a little bit later, and my xex menu is completely gone. So i went to my demos and when i checked it, it said Corrupted. So i deleted it, and then went to horizon and redone the process of installing xex menu. Well, after i done that the same thing happened. So i looked up a tutorial just to make sure i was doing it correctly, and i was but the same thing kept happening over and over. If anyone can help me fix this problem i'd appreciate it, it may just be me making a simple mistake.

Second. As you all know xblse gives you plugins when you first buy it to keep track of your days and what not. Well, on my first day everything worked fine but when i started my xbox up the day after the xblse plugin doesn't show my time or anything. I've tried re-installing it and completely wiping it from the root but nothing seems to work. I was going to re-flash my nand but my xex is messed up, and i'm very confused about the whole situation.

I know this make me sound like a noob, but it literally won't work with anything i've tried. I have also asked more experienced modders and everything they have told me to do hasn't worked.
