I have the 760 version of the Gigabyte one above, looks identical and is completely silent. I recommend it as I haven't tried the MSI version!

Well if your asking about it being loud OC'ed to max voltage, then yes any card will be loud because your fan curve will adjust or you can adjust your fan curve manually causing them to rampp up and produce more sound
