so pretty much no mater what game i play on or offline, more when playing call of duty ghost or fifa 14, i experience no lag what so ever and then the game just freezes then kicks me out the game and says their has been a error etc as i have lost my connection to xbl. yet the laptop right beside is still running and dont lose connection to internet, my internet does not go down as i check my logs, and my speed is always above 15download and 3up. it keeps happening and im thinking it has to be a problem within the xbox? as its 100% not my internet provider, anyone else experienced this or know of any faults etc it could be?

I used to have this issue on Comcast internet. I would usually have to unplug the routers and motems for 30 seconds and plug them back in and they'd usually work fine after that; try turning off and on your devices see if that makes a difference.

Do a speedtest via the Xbox One, only if that is what you haven't done, as you said you had done one, i guess you did one on a website. There should be an option in your network settings to view the stats. Maybe refer to any issues related to my post for issues like this, maybe if you spot any problems that are happening, my post may be able to help you with this problem.

Is their something on your computer taking up all the Internet?

try to run your Xbox with your Computer off and see if that helps.
