Hey guys, ive been getting more and more into modding this past year and I was wondering, How do you make a modding tool or patch? If you help me out and I make a tool or patch I will give you credit. Are there apps you need to make them or what? Thanks for reading this. Happy Modding ;)

Only thing I can tell you is that there is a program called .ff Viewer, I don't know if you make patches in it but this is how I used to edit patches. Never made one though.

You need to be a little more descriptive... For what game/games are you trying to mod?

It all really depends on which game(s) in the Call of Duty franchise you are planning to mod. There are certainly some very different methods for modding on Call of Duty 4 than there are on Ghosts.
