Does anyone know what GPU I have?

Found it! [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I've tried searching for XFX R7800 but it comes up with either 7870 or 7850

Run & Download GPU-Z from TechPowerUp, if it doesn't give the exact name of the GPU then compare the bandwidth rates or shader units and figure out which one you have.

Well you definitely have a AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series type of card. It's hard to actually find what you have with the details that you have provided. I would say you have a R7850 or a R7870 card. They both have the exact dedicated graphics memory also, they have many other similar specs.
Here's the link to compare specs:http://www.amd.com/US/PRODUCTS/DESKTOP/GRAPHICS/7000/7800/Pages/radeon-7800.aspx#2

Did you Graphics card come with a a driver CD? You should be able to tell on the driver.

7890? Do you mean 7870Ghz?.

OP as EVGA said, download GPU-Z it will read data directly off the card.

You have a 7870. You can tell as both the 7850 and 7870 use a Pitcairn chip, but the 7870 uses 1280 Unified Shaders, whereas the 7850 only uses 1024.
