Hey PC Support could really use your help.

So I recently had some malware lurking about my user space and so I found the source and got rid of it and while the malware was there any program I clicked on was being deleted and in the end it was not letting me log in and one of my profiles was deleted but before this, maybe a week or so before this had happened I was getting internet explorer pop ups even though I use chrome and they would just always pop up, also, the same time that this started happening any kind of video that i tried to view would load for about 10 seconds play and then stop.

Unfortunately this is still the case, im pretty sure that the malware is gone ive run all possible scans and no alerts have come up.

I need to know the cause of this and how to tackle it.

So, can you help me out?
