Dating someone you don't know or have never met is a bit over the top in my opinion. She could be like 10 possibly. I mean your friend has his own beliefs and wants and all. It's just not right.

It's not wrong, no. It's a little odd.

But just think of it as a new form of online dating.

Believe it or not, a lot of people actually use sites such as eHarmony, Match etc.. and a lot of people actually find good relationships out of them, so it's up to him really. Just be safe.
