can someone recommend a suitable PSU for this build ?

You shouldn't really need more than the 550W though but since you asked for the semi-modular, go for the 650W.

Core Edition is a bit less if OP doesn't mind it not being modular. Its based on a similar platform to the M12II from Seasonic, whereas the new XFX XTR series is based on the Seasonic G series i believe.

These are my suggestions. Get the HIVE if you don't care about Haswell's C6 and C7 states that you will have to leave disabled (they don't do much at all for PCs like this), want partly modular cables, and want to save money. Get the Capstone M if you want a step up in quality, compatibility with the C-states, partly modular cables, and you can pay a little more. Get the TP-550C if you want to do the rebate and want a step up in quality but don't mind not having modular cables.
