Just about EVERY single person on that site is a complete fraud. I got scammed countless amounts of times there and in general buying console IDs.

OP: Don't bother buying console IDs. The market is ridiculously corrupt. Just use public IDs that are released on forum sites where you can find just about anywhere.

or you can download a gamesave and open up the save in a hex editor to find that persons CID and use it, not fair for the uploader but its a method

if your on CEX I do recommend buying a private CID when your banned, but there are alot of scammers out there. If your using DEX then don't buy one because even though it lasts longer then public one, its still a waste of money to have spent 10 or 15$ on something that lasts for maybe a week.

Why does everyone say you get banned within a week? I have never been banned before and nether has anyone i have sold a ps3 to.

Everytime i go online i use mods and pirated games.

There are plenty of sites that give out public console id's.
