Very quiet mic, can hear an annoying white noise, and seems to be poorly planned. Luckily instead of being a hating n00b, I have fixes!
1. Speak with more confidence and enthusiasm, try not to leave a moment where you aren't communicating.
2. Make sure there are no fans or anything near your mic that could create noise, if you still have the noise look for an audio editing software.
3. Write down some ideas on notes on your phone or ipod to look on when you feel lost.
