I just went over the rules because I was curious about this, and nowhere does it say anything about not being allowed to post coin giveaways.

However, the selling/buying/trading of coins in a thread here is prohibited, so it appears to be a bit of a grey area.

Nevertheless, this guy seems fairly legit, I don't see why the mods would close this thread, but who knows

You could post the link in YouTube famous and it wouldn't be against the rule? It's also against the rules to advertise YouTube channels/video on FIFA forum just letting you know :/
