That's not an ideal build.
Not going to overclock much, or at all with a H87 motherboard, so not much point in getting the 'k' version of the CPU. I also wouldn't go with that cooler if I could OC either.
You can get much cheaper RAM than that, and for gaming there is no need for that speed of RAM.
You can get a lot cheaper HDD's than that, and again when gaming it would be of low/no use to the owner.
Outdated GPU, better getting a 270(x).
No need for a full sized tower case with this build.
No real need for a 80+platinum PSU in this build, a cheaper XFX unit will suffice.
That's pretty expensive for a Disk Reader/Writer. You don't even know if he'll be using blu-rays.
Wasting money in unnecessary places. Not a good build.
