The broadband internet light turned off and its not coming back on how do i get it back on help!

If you posted this it mean your internet is on...

If it wont light up, turn off your router completely then back on.

Try completely resetting your router, or ring BT

You could also try unplugging your phone & internet line from the sockets or if it's Adsl, remove the grey cable then plug it back in (whilst it's off.)

Reset the router and/or leave the router off for a bit. If that does not work, I would contact your ISP If I were you.

Try turning your broadband on and off, or check the BT site

Just restart the router and if that doesn't fix it then your internet is down so wait it out
