I have been trying to install a theme into my iphone. I have seen others with working themes but I havnt had any luck with winterboard. Any ideas?

What themes have you tried?
Circulus, Flat7, and a few others.

Yes PreferenceLoader is installed.

Make sure you are respringing after you activate the themes. Also make sure you are downloading the themes from the original repo, as a cracked version of it may not have been updated to work on iOS 7.
