It wont Rockstar said it should take about 4 hours and it should work normally again so dont worry!

The below was posted in response to another person with this issue:
"This error can occur if there is very high load on the server. Your character should be safe, but the most recent save could not be loaded at this time. Please try again in a few hours, and if you are experiencing the issue after 4+ hours submit a request to our team. If there is any trouble with your character, we will be able to restore verifiable lost progress."
