Hey guys, id like to thank everyone who helped out etc. The PC is great, looks really nice too. I have a question though, my CPU spikes to 3.5ghz of usage on each core and goes from 30c to 40c and then goes back down within a second. I was wondering if this is normal or a program bug?

AMD FX-8320 CPU

Messy isn't the word for them cables! Fix them!

Congrats on successfully building the PC though!

As for your CPU, it isn't a problem you should be worried about. 40C is nothing.

CPU clock changes in response to load to save power. It going up and down is normal. 40C is idle temp.

hahaha, my tidying skills arnt the best. To be honest my PSU isnt modular and the cable managing on the case isnt so good. Its so noisy when i play high demanding games though, my CPU hits like 40c and the fan is louder than the game audio.

40C is brilliant. If the CPU cooler annoys you that much I suggest investing in a Hyper 212 Evo. It uses 120mm fans which will allow it to run at a lower RPM, thus reducing the noise. Also it'll keep your CPU mega cool.
