They are Original Gamertags. Meaning common words that are used daily or even uncommon words.
Like others have said.

Sleep

Ship
Cop
Pool
Hoop
Cove
Lake
And countless more

It is near to impossible to say that every "OG" Gamertag is taken as there are over 500,000 words that are defined, this means there is a chance you can still find a original gamertag but it would probably be something dull like Consequence or Rebellion.

"OG" gamertags are original gamertags. Usually one word, like "Artificial" "Siberia" "Cheese" etc.
