For labels I used a tweak called "IconRenamer" because other label hiders would hide the names of folders and i wanted folder names on my 2nd page.

if you install IconRenamer you hold the icon and then tap it and you can rename it to anything or just delete the name this allowed me to have no Labels on my homescreen but keep them for folders on my 2nd page.

No this is iOS6. I have a device Jailbroken on iOS7 but the screenshots I'm showing are iOS6

That would explain why the battery tweak did't work for me

Alright, that helps out. For some reason I couldn't figure this out and by the way I saw that you are on iOS 6 as well so some of this stuff might not work. So far the 3x4 doesn't work on iOS 7 yet.

Looks like I will be going with 3x3!

That sucks and is why I'm sticking with iOS6 for now. Tweet the dev [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and ask if he will be updating it.
