I just attempted to jailbreak my iPhone 5C. It is on firmware 7.0.4. I downloaded the Evasi0n jailbreaking tool, and I plugged in my phone and everything seemed right. It detected my phone and all. I then clicked "Jailbreak". A ERROR code came up and it said this: "Failed to retrieve package info from internet."

I really need help I tried alot of things to fix it like flushing my dns, and other things. None of this works! Someone please help and I will rep 29.

1. Your image isnt available
2. try Restarting the program as administrator
3. make sure your a connected to the internet at all times
4. Make sure your phone is connected at all times and doesnt slip loose at any point

Close Evasion and disconnect your phone, reconnect it and then reopen it, make sure your connected to the internet on both, Try to jailbreak again.

Uninstall evasi0n and re instal it, that should fix it.

did you rest your phone back to factory settings? Because you need to, to jailbreak

Try restarting Phone and Computer.

Try backing up your device, then restore it to default. After, you can restore it from the backup you just made. See if that helps.
