Just back up your phone before you do it, and if anything goes wrong restore it.

Before you jailbreak back up your phone and in the rare event it messes up, you just have to restore

I hear that jailbreaking is very unstable at the moment for IOS 7, so If you are willing to risk your phone or ipod, then go for it. Just be warned that it voids your warranty.

Due to the new Cydia Substrate(Formerly known as Mobile Substrate) being released to support all 64 Bit processors running A7 chips as well as all the older phones ipods and ipads that support iOS 7 you can now safely download tweaks apps and mods for youre apple device. But with all that said it does void all warranties.

There are a lot of up and coming apps tweaks and mods for iOS 7 that help you alot. In my opinion is to do it. but remember always BACK UP YOURE iDEVICE
