I recorded a video on my desktop for a tutorial, i used some of my personal info. How do i edit and black it out? Are there any program or videos you cant give me?

You could use any editing program and just put a black bar over it. If it moves, then you will have to keyframe it, but its pretty simple.

I recommend Sony Vegas.
