iKier wrote Recently I've had a few dreams and when I have woken up I feel as if I'm in the dream and cannot tell if my dream was a dream or if it was real.
Sorry if my wording isn't perfect, but has any TTG member felt like this before?
If so, is there any real reason behind these?
The theories could go on for a while...
Dreams affect me as if they actually happened. I learn a lot from my dreams. but hard part for me is sometimes I have trouble remembering whether a specific memory I have is from a dream or if it is real. On certain occasions I've brought up things that happened and my friends were clueless as to what I was talking about until I clued in that I'm talking about a dream I had.

Its called lucid dreaming its where you are like awake in a dream ways you can see if they are real are not is look at a clock or look at a mirror the clock wont look right and your image will be distorted in the mirror btw if anyone want to experience this drink some apple juice before you go to sleep the enzymes in apple juice will make you have vivid dreams its pretty awesome just try not to watch a scary movie before you do this it wont turn out too good

REM sleep is basically what your on about, dreams that are so vivid you could imagine them being real? Yea. Everyone has them, I think its dependent on the amount on DMT you release whilst sleeping

iKier wrotelol that happens to me and I hate when it doesAxe wrote Sometimes I get really disappointed when I wake up, because I was dreaming about something I really wanted or liked doing, and then I wake up and find out its just a dream.
Hate when this happens.
Also, going to sleep high can make dreams feel real, it's weird.
