What wall paper is that? I don't know why people are complaining about water, i'm on iOS 7.0.4 and i've been able to set up the theme, Just wanna know the wall paper now

Here guys. This is my phone and this is my setup. I didn't know so many people would like it

iPhone 5, 7.0.4

Tweaks:
Iconoclasm for 3x3x3 size
DockGlow for glowing dock
Bigify to get rid of the icon names
Bytafont 2: Text is called Geo Sans Light
Winterboard: Theme is called Flat7
F.lux for easy seeing
