When restarting your comp! Rapid tap F8 and it will come up a recover thing! And re boot it to before you downloaded that file !!

Partition your hard drive then move all the stuff you want to keep on to that partition then format the partition with the old windows on and re-install, you will be amazed how much quicker it will run
