When I put in my cod ghost disc after u see the picture of the mask guy, it just goes to a black screen and sits there until I try rebooting it, it does that everytime I try and play it... Help please

I would try re-installing the game if it isn't working properly. That usually solves this issue.

Check the back of the disc, does it have a large smooth ring sround it?

If so this could be the cause of the game bugging out at a certain point.
