Schools in the UK have fingerprinted over 800K children for the third time, without parental consent.

When I read this I wasn't surprised. Watch out for Big Brother you UK guys.

My school uses fingerprints to allow pupils to pay for lunches.

we've had our fingerprints done but with parental consent, its for the lunch breaks so you dont have to carry money around, you just put for example 15 on your account at the beginning of the week, saves a lot of hassle tbh
