Whenever I load my career it loads on the starring screen and then goes to nba menu please help

im on xbox one and i bought it off the marketplace and all i did was uninstall the game and then restart my xbox and then reinstall it and it works fine

get used to it i had that problem sense 2weeks after i bought the game and still nothing resolvedand i purchased 200dollars of vc and I'm basically out of luck infill they decide to give me my vc back
