Since I never build one before it looks like a good price for all that stuff and hope you come out with a good product!

The wires really aren't hard. the only tedious thing are the front panel connectors, but are labelled so not hard at all.

To Be honest i would upgrade to a Maybe a 500w 550w power supply in case you need to upgrade in the future so you don't need to spend on a power supply again.
