It looks like a generic keyboard that was supplied with a prebuilt PC. Is it PS/2 or USB?

Turn it over and there should be a sticker with a model number.
If you post that, I could give you a answer a lot easier.

If you're in need of keyboard go for it can't do any harm, Just seems like something you would see in a second hand shop/thrift store. Is it PS/2 or USB?
