when i was in school i was going to bed at 3am everyday which wasnt good at all

Wow, 8 hours is what you're supposed to get? Oh man, I only get about 3-4 hours of sleep everyday. I'm a senior in High School, but I still manage to keep my grades up. Im averaging a B in every class, but I know if I would get more sleep, I would probably do better on exams. It's not that bad though, like I don't feel tired at school, everything feels really normal I suppose.

Funny thing for me I run better on a shorter night sleep than I do getting a longer night sleep.

People say 8 hours of sleep can hold you through a day. I personally like to sleep longer because I push my self to stay up a lot longer.
