You either aren't lagging enough or aren't fast enough.

I'll keep trying dude, do i need my lag switch for the first one?

After that download anflood from 4shared.
To host write google.com

Now press flood when you want lag and stop when you stop:)

How do you mod the cars in to online doing this? I can't watch any of the videos on my samsung galaxy tab.

Ok, I successfully glitched the modded small towtruck, however I tried all methods mentioned of insuring and no success. I died when I got ran over by my friend in the tank (even in passive mode) and the towtruck cannot be stored in garage. It can only be fixed. If anyone knows how to insure a blacklist car after 1.09 patch, then message me on xbox (gt is same as username) thanks.
