To be honest im really not sure, Im sure alot of people dont know as well. My guess is your education/foreign language skills and how expendable you are to the CIA.

Honestly nobody on here would know how, because essentially a "spy" is an undercover/secretive person right? So we wouldn't really know how to become one. My guess is Join the CIA, and ask them

Probably need to be in Gorvernment work and maybe get in the CIA?

I dont think its something you can enroll is it?

I don't think anyone on here knows how to be CIA spy. I think it would be hard to try to be one..

Gaining a security clearance for the CIA is a lot tougher than one would think.
I'd recommend joining a branch of the military and getting a lower security clearance there and working your way up.

You don't just go into the CIA as a spy without previous experience in combat or law enforcement.
