well you could not do that is far as i know because the mac address is tied to your motherboard and there is no way of changing at what so ever no matter what you hear .

Don't use a debug eboot.bin, use a debugged t6mp self, I was using it for weeks without ban online.

As said above by someone that knows there stuff you have to use a debugged t6mp self.
You can spoof or change your mac in the rebug toolbox somewhere.
