Yes, but he is using a 200 dollar motherboard and another 200 dollars on cooling.
you may as well go with intel if you're spending so much.

To be honest, you have to have a custom loop and a top end motherboard to achieve that. Most people overclock the 8320/50 to get the most out of their CPU. Most people hit 4.8/5 before running into too much heat problems.
