i ordered them on sunday and as far as i am aware they should be shipped today.
if they are not shipped today should i contact customer support tommorow?
i also see that some people never recieved an email so i am unsure as to whether or not i should contact customer support

Most places do not move any shipments at all on Sunday. You're item probably won't leave the warehouse until sometime today.
What type of shipping did you get? If you got one-day shipping they will most likely be delivered tomorrow (January 14th).

the only type of shipping available was standard, it was 6 pound something. i just thought it would be abit late in the day now for them to ship the item wouldnt it?

on the website the order status has now updated to complete, i guess thats their job done and its in the hands of the courier.
but i havent received an email telling me they have been dispatched nor do i have a tracking number to track my order. should i be worried or wait to see if they turm up tommorow?
