My cydia is working fine but a couple tweaks aren't working. Zeppelin and the lock screen tool tweak are toggled 'on' but aent working. I've already tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them.
Also my weather and safari app crash every time I open it. Fixes anyone? I'll rep ^^

1. Try deleting any tweaks that may interfere like something that isnt IOS 7 compatible
but if that doesnt work
2. try backing up restoring rejailbreaking
