Just wondering what the community thinks about this build, it will be running on windows 7 by the way.

Im planning to upgrade heavily in the future so that is why I got a high power supply, thats also why I got that Motherboard

No need for a z87 motherboard with a locked CPU.
A 550w XFX PSU will be fine too.

Coolermaster hyper evo 212 will fit in your budget, cheap but really effective air cooler.
