actually its like 3 cops + security> armed teachers. Most students would not want to be in a room with a teacher with a weapon. You would be surprised at how mad teachers can get at students. I would be fine with a taser but an armed weapon is too far. It should be police armed + Taser teachers lol.

Most schools don't have 3 cops and armed security.

Tazers is a worse idea than a gun.
A teacher would be a lot more likely to use a non lethal tazer on a student rather than a lethal gun.

Teachers get mad but how often do they actually kill a student in a classroom?

That's the thing though my city doesn't have police. We have the County Sheriffs and stuff but there throughout the county. Also I'm pretty sure our county is the biggest in CO if not one of them.

I personally say no, there's almost no need if they could carry something like pepper spray.

Thats exactly what I think. If people claim that teachers would be more likely to use a less severe weapon on innocent students then those teachers should not have them at all. There should be a 0 chance for weapons used on innocent students.

I don't support armed teachers. Thats just asking for accidents but if there was a MUST have then it should not be a gun.

No teacher will shoot a kid because they got him mad or got a question wrong.
