I know that this isnt about modded lobbies but no one is on the Youtube forum so i REALLY need help. Im trying to get the best quality possible and i cant seem to get the render settings right on sony vegas pro 12. Any help at all would be amazing.

This is the video that i put up as a test so you all could see and tell me what you think is up
