I haven't been able to drag and drop files into Horizon.
Can anybody give me any advice on what i can do to fix this?

probably just re-download it should work.

either re-download it or you can just manually open it within the program obviously.

I already re downloaded it last night and it still hasn't helped

i think its to do with your UAC change it to never notify and restart your computer, it might be that because you need to do that with modio

Then don't drag and drop, just try injecting the file, you know like opening it through the Device Explorer?
