Can we put the setup on a USB and just plug the USB into the PC an install it like that?

Very well done post! My school caught onto a lot of stuff and now prevents us from even downloading anything. Apparently, the students are notorious for infecting the computers with stuff whether it's intentional or not. You can also use proxies (ie hidethetechgame.org (assuming thats not blocked as well)).

At my school, we cannot download anything other than MS Office type files. Everything else requires and admin. Nice tutorial though!
