So I know a fair bit about Pcs but in need of some advice!
I Would like to know if there is a better motherboard than the GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 but not too expensive I would like to keep it under 70 GBP and I don't mind if its not the best for overclocking but it must support USB3 thanks!

I'm not too good with motherboards, but the one you suggested is pretty good. I mean if you're not going to OC you don't need an expensive one, and that has all the features you're looking for.
