im a silver member and from the us. i tried every option from your detailed instructions and nothing has worked. idk what I'm doing wrong and how it works for everyone else but i think it might be patched again or whatever

Can't patch a promo. And yes it still works. I suggest that if it is an account that just ran out of gold to wait a little bit before trying this. If it is a new account that you have just made, I'm sure you have done something wrong. I have just checked it and it is still working.
