You should take your dog to the vet. There is no real way for us to find out whats wrong with her, just from your description.

Is there any chance it could be something like a splinter? But yeah, you should probably take the pup to a vet as soon as you can if its still bad tomorrow. I don't think it's anything lethal. A gaming forum probably isn't the best place to ask for medical advice

have you never seen that episode? its where he is fighting a blob and he picks up one of the troopers guns to fight it but he cannot hold his guns well (he is essentially weightless)

Check his pads to make sure they haven't been pierced with something. Check his claws or nails also invade one of them have broke. If all seems fine call the vet.
